I dont need to refute every single rant from some foaming madman. As a biologist i´m fully aware of the differences between human intelligence and ape intelligence. I also know that there is small or no genetical difference between different ethniceties, and therefore no difference in intelligence. You may, if you want, call a culture superior if you want, and base that on an arbitrary set of properties which you use to compare different cultures. But to think that these properties is somehow linked to genetical differences is just stupid. I am not fluent in history enough to say that there had been no civ in subsahara (though i am convinced there has) so i cant refute that claim. But i can say that only an ape would say that a whole group of people has animallike intelligence just because of the color of their skin. So its not an insult, just an observation.
