None. They sit in the dark and whine until hard working taxpayers pay for the light for them.

To change a light bulb a conservative would:

- Raise taxes
- use the tax money to fund worthless committee that does nothing
- find some jackass "scientific" findings proving that light bulbs cause cancer, destroy the ozone, and rape children.
- use the media to harp the shit out of people who really don't care and find a way to the country's problems on their political opponents
- pass legislation to make life harder for real working people while giving handouts to CEOs
- raise taxes again
- shell out tons of money to finally change the light bulb
