A lot of bad stuff that's been happening in America since 2000 gets attributed to Bush when a lot of the time it was congress, judicial branch, or some other government body. Not that I'm trying to defend him, he is a terrible president with retarded politics, but lucky he doesn't have a whole lot of power. For example,This thread is to separate the other stuff from the stuff done by the Bush administration. And don't just say things like "bush ruined the economy", give examples or proofs. So, I'll start things off:
1. Bush vetoed a bill which would allow government-funded research on surplus frozen embryos from in vitro fertilization clinics to be used for stem cell research with the permission of donors, despite bi-partisan support for it (it went 63-37 in the Senate).
