If you have to "advance coloured people" (and ignore unfortunate white people for being white?) why not take the money off people who have been proven to be racist. You'll never get white people to vote for black reparations or whatever if you tell them they are guilty of a magical subconscious form of racism they were unaware of and should be punished.
