Maybe because they admire their own culture, and because they have no reason to learn about a country that has no real culture of it's own, more like an economy. And that economy is what facilitates them being here, American employers hire Mexican illegals for labor because they can pay them so damned low, and because white male wants benefits, 12 bucks an hour, paid vacation, workman's comp, etc.
Advertisements will be changed to Spanish so they can tap the illegal immigrant market, they have a substantial amount of money floating around, and they tend to buy shit and need services too.
As for Mexican's blasting their culture at you, deal with it, you're not going to be able to completely stop them from coming here as long as employers can't find cheap labor domestically, a wall would help, but they have determination the average white slob doesn't. (Hell, I don't see white people risking their lives crossing deserts to find JOBS.)
