Women, in order to be in leadership positions, are bitches because politics- in general- do not require actual masculine agressiveness. It requires "bitchiness" about varying social issues but no practical solutions.
Then, one is consider the fact that men who enter leadership positions lack that masculine agressiveness in the first place. A woman joining into the leadership fray is like when some cute new girl shows up in a new school surrounded by elitist, shallow, insecure little pretties. (If you catch my meaning.)
