Innocent People in Prison

There are too many innocent people in prison, and those whom only did really minor crimes. Something has to be done.

You say tyrant like it's a bad thing. A tyrant isn't like a dictator. A tyrant is someone whom takes leadership with an iron fist for the greater good of the nation and its people. Dictators are all about themselves.
