I think it would decrease it. I am thinking a lot of men who turn into rapists are sex-deprived (possibly due to ugliness, or lack of social/dating skills or something?) If prostitution was legal, there'd be a legal way to get some without raping someone for said cases. I think it would go down. What makes you think it would increase it?
