WASPs don't rule america, ASPSs do!

White anglo-saxon protestants have merely been around longer so they have had more opportunity to store capital within the family and create loyalty structures etc... In truth all you need to become part of the demographic that rules america is to be an anglo-saxon protestant sympathiser, there are many jewish and black ultra-rich rulers of america, the only catch is that they must possess anglo-saxon protestant values in place of whatever they had before, they don't have to be anglo-saxon protestants, they just have to act like them. Which isn't asking for much since these values are superior to all others on the planet, people naturally enjoy a higher standard of living and more fulfilling life as an ASPS and even more so if they merit and are eligible for further knowledge.

Many minorities are succesful. Condi and Powell for instance. This completely obliterates your argument since their ancestry is similiar to many people in minorities. Not to mention the fact that many fresh immigrants to this country become very famous and wealthy very quickly, more so than settled minorities.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but what defines 2 related incidents into causes and effects is when they happenned. Why are ASPSs so succesful? Well it could be because of bias, or it could be due to their qualities. To find the answer we look at the causes and effects in different situations.

Making this a fair test we will use 2 poor black brothers making their way through life and look at the decisions they make.

They both go to a modest public school, one black kid swears and cajives at the teacher out of boredom with no real outlook on his life. The ASPS kid is bored aswell and fidgets and chats like a normal kid, but he gets on with his work because he at least has the idea that he is supposed to learn something.

The non-ASPS, due to his inferior culture, is kept back a year and enters a spiral of humiliation and self-hate.

Come the end of high school their lives become a little politicised. The ASPS teenager is about average in his grades so has to pay for a college education, his parents continue to let him live with them for 2 more years, but cannot afford to pay for his college, so he begins working at walmart part-time a few weeks after finnishing his exams and he has the competence to get a proper bank account and take out a student loan. He takes a course that he personally enjoys and 2 more professional courses.

The non-ASPS teenager fails does quite bad, but nothing out of the ordinary, he is too proud to work at wal-mart so he bums for a year before his parents threaten to kick him out and he has to work at walmart full time to make ends meet and fuel his alcoholism and weed addiction and does night classes at community college.

From the non-ASPS point of view the decisions the ASPS made were tedious and time wasting, but from the ASPS's point of view the idea of interacting with the world around you and trying to understand it instead of shitting yourself then whining and crying in the fetal position (metaphorically) is really great and a wonderful way of life.
