Genocide in Darfur, No one gives a shit

ok, so people are being killed by the hundreds of thousands in Darfur by arab mercinaries funded by the Sudanese government. Called a Genocide by officials. The US isn't playing world police in this case, but no snide Europeans or the UN gives a shit or doing anything about it. Does human rights enforcement fall on the shoulders of the scapegoat or is the UN and international that apathetic and that in need of reform?

point though is that when US isn't doing something, the rest of the world just doesn't seem to care. The UN nor any of the other western nations did shit about Rawanda either. the whiny EU talks a lot about human rights and doing the right thing, but doesn't actually DO anything
