False, the meek, cowardly, conformist, mind-less, and complete idiots are the ones that "succeed" their culture is so based on "thinking only within the lines" that they're completly incapable of inovation. I laugh at any idiot who think conformity breeds genius. Of the top of my head I can give you about three hundred "rogue" scientist-esque people who were about as 'rebel' as they come who revolutionized the way humanity lives. Name me one conformist who's done the same.
Even the japanese inventors were considered 'rebelious' and 'non-conformists', if anything, their greatest minds were shunned and ridiculed for not following within the bounds like every one else.
