Blacks & Mexicans

So if minorities are dragging whitey down, then what should minorities be doing instead to benefit society?  What jobs should they be doing, what can they do to make living conditions better, what can they do to lower crime, increase education, and provide more to the whole economy than they are now?

That's why there's always a box that says, "White of non hispanic descent" The Romans called the area now known as spain, Hispania.
