republics and democracies don't work unless you have a homogenious population and a permanent lower class that isn't apart of the voting block. roman became week by giving all conqured peoples citizenship and rotted from within.

America has become week by giving it's conqured people and slaves citizenship and they are tearing it apart from within. A democracy is suppose to follow the will of the majority, not pussy foot around every single issue in respect to the majority of 'minorities'
