The west needs more negroes and hispanics.

I was looking at demoraphic statistics of the world and it is clear that the best ethnic minority for the united states are blacks and hispanics. Maybe a few arabs aswell. We should let their masses flood in and force the inhabitants of the US to accept them by claiming they are racist whenever they disagree with us.
