Well, the fact remains that you cannot discount cultural influence in ANY IQ test.  There has never been a "Clean" study done that filtered out all differences in it's participants.  Such a study would likely be impossible to do because of the inherent racism in society.

I think if we ever did manage to find a way to make a "clean" test to measure human intellectual capacity, you'll find that intellectual capacity is exactly identical between races.
