A 25 year old is considered in a capable position to make that decision (especially since the 50 year old would have to be rich). A 15 year old is not. I've met intelligent sounding 15/16 year olds, I work with a bunch of them, they're hard working, intelligent people, but at the same time they're just kids. While good for a bit of a look, the concept of sex and all of it's delicious extras would just be wrong to me. It'd change these kids forever. It's not even two kids experimenting (which is why laws generally allow for such things, it's equal footing). I know what I want and how to get it. What the hell would a 15 year old know to expect from sex?
