The three T's: Towels, Tents, Terrorists

So what are we going to do about those muslims? Dropping bombs obviously isn't working. Maybe we should flood their water supplies with contraceptives, that way they'd disappear in a generation. That seems like the most humane way to do it. Is it time the USA goes biological?
