Who Built the Pyramids?

There are many debates on this subject. What do you folks think?

If you look at Detroit, Camden, DC, Rawanda, Congo, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, etc. it is hard to imagine negroes building anything more than a hut made from cowshit.
