Roe v. Wade took away the decision to ban or not ban abortions from the states.

Now the decision lies in the hands of the federal government.

A reversal does not necessarily have to happen.

They can as easily change the rule from No to Yes because they already have a precedent regarding who gets to control the abortion law.
