yet another autistic retard lawsuit

"A Florida judge sided with a special needs teacher who allegedly used hot sauce to stop an autistic student from eating art supplies and recommended the school district reinstate the woman's job.

Lillian Gomez was fired from her job at Sunrise Elementary School in Kissimmee, Fla., in February after school officials found out that Gomez had allegedly put jumbo-sized Crayons in a cup and soaked them for days in hot sauce..."

Presumably if the retard had choked to death eating crayons, she'd also have been sued.

Which leads directly to this next question:  why the fuck do we have the state in the business of warehousing ineducable mental defectives in schools in the first place?  Let their parents keep them at home, or lock them in the attic, or put them in a private institution.  When I drive past the school, I don't see a sign that says "Retard Storage," just like I don't see a sign that says "Dead Nigger Storage."

If the useless eater's fat whore trailer-park mammy were taking care of him at home, she wouldn't have so much spare time to do things like sue the school or make more retards.

Well it's that we're concerned with equal rights. It's not the student's fault that he is autistic. It just happens. Autism is NOT mental retardation. It is a disorder, but they can function on the same mental capacity if not a higher capacity than you or me.Children sometimes eat art supplies whether they have special needs or not. The teacher is being sued not because she prevented the student from eating crayons but because of the means she used. She used a food and a child in the class could have had an allergy or touched their eyes; so, what she did was very illegal. And including children with special needs in public schools is a way to get them accustomed to functioning in society and contributing.
