From Qaddaffi, you can only trade up. If you get a leader that would throw you into slavery and be HONEST about it, then that would be a trade up. If you get a leader who would at least give you an honest TRIAL before shooting you for wearing shoes, then that would be a step up. I'm not saying that you should give away your guns, because EVERY leader deserves to die for stealing the will and selfgovernment of the people. I'm saying that things are at least getting SOMEwhat better.
