If you're not aware, this guy has been in prison since 1989 for killing a police officer. However, almost all of the witnesses have recanted their testimony saying they were coerced by police to say it was Davis. Also, DNA evidence shows it wasn't him. Even the family members of the victim say it wasn't Davis.
Enjoy your justice system.

Even if he was innocent he's probably killed someone else but gotten away with it.

Davis got totally fucked raw by the law.
Legally, his execution was "right".
Morally, it's abhorrent.
One law is chiefly responsible for his death: the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, which limits death row inmates to one federal appeal.
And his public defenders lead him astray.

Once they're done with Libya and Syria, NATO should invade America and overthrow its leader and instate democracy in the country.

Everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. But it seems that in this case there has been evidence if he was innocent or guilty.

You might have been in executing Troy Davis to kill the cop that. If you really have killed that person who has served his sentence in jail and that he had been released from jail. And if it was a repeat offender because it would have been executed. That's what I think and I think. Sorry for my bad english.

they proved he was guilty. whatever.

if Troy Davis is Black, then they have a guilty man no matter what he's accused of

Still, he didn't do anything bad. He killed a cop and beat up a bum. He deserved a medal, not death penalty.

You do realize he shot a cop in a crowded Burger King parking lot with 34 witnesses. The witnesses were also black.
The shells matched his gun.
Davis pulled out a gun and shot two strangers in public. What "physical evidence" were they expecting? No houses were broken into, no cars stolen, no rapes or fistfights accompanied the shootings. Where exactly would you look for DNA? And to prove what?

some things are imperfect. i was not a witness so i have no opinion of it. however i disagree that the courts dismissed the recants and the testimony of the family as heresay. the juror's would have had a completely different opinion of the man for that matter.

Pointing out obvious facts is not "fear mongering."
