Students rights/ privacy (or lack there of)

recently there have been a lot of stories about the rights of students when in school. (or even not)

such as: the little girl being picketed at school for having a sever allergy, thus forcing other students to wash their hands to keep her safe

ok so do these situations violate the students rights or privacy? should schools have the power to give punishment over things that happen outside of the school day or school function?! why or why not?

Students do not deserve privacy. They instead deserve the nailbat of doom applied liberally to their craniums.

For those not in the know, a nailbat is a bat with a big honking steel nail driven crossways through the impacting end, with more than enough of the nail's sharp end protruding such that upon bat impact the nail penetrates the target object.

I believe that students aren't monitored enough.

When I was in high school in Ohio, kids would freely fuck each other on the bus as it drove. Filthy sluts.
