CNN: 1 out of 2 with HIV in U.S. is black

More than 80 percent of people with HIV in Washington are black people. That's on par with the infection rate in Uganda or South Africa, a report released Tuesday shows. In fact, if all the black people in the United States comprised a nation, that country's HIV population would rank higher than Ethiopia and the Ivory Coast.
