Fattys "Crushing" the NHS

okay, i know this is really a british only concern but i want everyone to know about it.

it has recently been reported that obesity is crushing the NHS, not only are these fat fuckers costing the country billions as a whole, they are stopping people that really need help being seen, clogging up hallways, getting fatty diseases that can easily be avoided if you leave the delicious cake ALONE! these fat pieces of shit make me sick! they blame it all on fast food, snacks and a binging life style. well excuse me mr fat cunt! i work in an office, i push pencils around my desk and im pretty thin. do you find it hard to keep at a decent weight is my question to you.

Living in another country with state healthcare, I enjoy the excuse it gives me to be total cunt to fatties.

In the U.S. we'll stop Cigarette companies from advertising near schools or on television, but we'll gladly serve the children MacDonald's in the lunch room.  By the way the choices in the lunch room are grade D meat (military, schools, and prisons), or any assortment of horribly prepared foods.  It's no wonder the kids will do what they can to go with fast food when they're expected to eat tripe, literally.

The market is being dominated by low nutrition foods, and nutritional education is becoming a lower priority for public schools (no citations, just personal experience).  With no knowledge on preparing their own food, children and young adults are forced to eat what's cheap and convenient, which, due to marketing dominated business, and cost rather than good food being a bottom line, has become less like food and more like fat with flavor.   It's little wonder that obesity is soon going to replace smoking as the #1 cause of congestive heart failure. 

The real sad part is that this is something that any community can do something about, but feel that they can't due to ruthless lobbying organizations.  While I'm reticent to advocate any more oversite than is necessary, free market systems always devolve into one party trying desperately to take advantage of another party.
