Ive hard some things about how hybrid cars are really worse then better, what does 4chan have to say about this? anybody heard negitive things about hybird cars?
1. They don't get the gas mileage that's commonly advertised.
2. The cost of replacing the batteries is so huge that you're not saving anything on gasoline costs, even at $3/gal.
The sad, sad truth is that a early 1990s, small Toyota car gets about the same gas mileage as these hybrids. Toyota and the rest are just ripping you off now, by largely refusing to build those cars again.
