Why sir I allso concur, black people should definitly not be legal in anyway whatsoever. Most of them are allready convicted criminals, the only thing stopping them from all being is the reluctunce of a liberal marxist government to convict an entire races population as criminals and incarcirate them all (effectivly stopping them reproducing which shall drasticlly reduce there numbers). That and the prison capacity.
