Yeh, that's some real fail there, #1.  North Korea shakes the nuclear tree, and pansy Western diplomats fall out of it holding bags of cash for NK to have.  It's a low-energy economy with high-intensity subsidies.  I'd have to say the NK leaders are rather smart cookies.  What you call "fail", they call "epic win".
