European physicians and alcohol

In the US, if you tell a doctor that you drink more than 2 drinks a day, you are considered to be an alcoholic.  This is because Americans expect to live forever, and admitting that you know you will not is a MYNDKRYME. American doctors will not give you the medication you need, even if blood is pouring our of your head and dick, until you learn to LIE about your alcohol consumption and tell them "I do not drink alcohol." You will then be given the massive doses of Tylenol (TM) which you do not need and which will soon kill your liver.

So, do physicians in Europe admit that adults have a right to have more than two drinks on a given day?

When an American doctor lady told me "you can't drink alcohol and take prescription drugs" I told her "O Rly?  Well, it hasn't killed the French yet."

My father went to a american hospital and said "I am a alchoholic and need to rehab." the doctors said that they do not do this here and send my father home. The next day my father dies from withdrawal.
True story.
