Nope. Quite likely hypothetical. Jews are intermarrying, and this may actually help to spread Judaism (via raising Jewish kids as Jewish and not as Christian, or Muslim, etc.) Furthermore, diversity helps limit diseases and makes for healthier humans overall. If one simply married cousins generation after generation after generation, one would wind up with even more diseases and trouble (guess why the Spanish Hapsburgs died out. Yup - incest.) So, of course, I'll bet that there will be fewer diseases among the Ashkenazi Jews of the future.
