The only way to make a country to destroy itself from within is to have a long period of peace thus letting the liberals and unstereotypicalists into power, they'll handle the rest. If a country is at war it is systematically being propagandized against by it's government to dehumanize it's enemies thus strengthening it's patriotic pride. Summarily, by using the guilt of the next peaceful generation a country can be subdued by ethics alone, an inland attack by any individual foreign to the country will only foster hate to all foreign countries and an even stronger isolationism.
