I doubt it. Muslims have an incredibly sexually repressive society. Most of them only fuck to reproduce. Sleeping around is punishable by death, often by family members themselves. Granted, that's only -really- done with women, but it sure stops AIDS getting around.
Oh and AIDS in Africa? Turns out it's vastly overstated. Since in many cases they can't test for AIDS, they just kinda work by looks. Does the nigger have spotsc? Chalk it up to AIDS!
The west works under the quite assumption that when we give them aid money, they'll kill each other in wars and die from AIDS anyway, which is true most of the time. But look at their demographics, their population is exploding (unfortunately, not literary).
