Sick evil pedophile caught by authorities

ALLEGAN, Mich. -- A Michigan high school student faces child pornography charges over an Internet party prank.

Prosecutors charge Ryan Zylstra, 17, posted a picture of two teens having sex on his blog. The photo was taken at a New Year's Eve party at Zylstra's home.

Authorities said the boy in the picture is 17, while the girl is 16. According to prosecutors, the age of the girl makes the sexually explicit picture child pornography under the law.

Zylstra now faces up to 2,300 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charges, which are felonies.

Tuesday, Zylstra was in court and waived a preliminary hearing. The decision means his case will be bound over for trial in Allegan County Circuit Court.

No trial date has been set.

saying that the problem is the age of concent here is stupid.  If the age of consent here were 14 than it would just be in the news one day that a 13 y.o. posts pics of friends on internet.  The problem is with it being so tough on people under 18.  wasn't there a case a few years ago about a 15 y.o girl stripping on her web cam, she was charged with distributing child porn and child molestation.

  By the way pedophilia is a psychological term for a person sexualy attracted to prepubesent childern ephebophilia is attraction to postpubesent yet still illegal children and is often associated with attraction to to what one can not have, but not allways.

  The trolls throwing shock "i like the child porn" should just be ignored here for the real problem to be discussed. this has really nothing to do with anyone under the age of 16 or over 17.  A legal slap on the wrist is in order here for the boy, maybe some community service or probation.  however it shouldn't be ignored, and he shouldn't be put away for ever either.  for god sake they were within a year of his age.  how can you be a pedophile for being attracted to someone within a year of your age.  the day you turn 18 you are an automatic pedophile for dating a girl a few days younger than you or something.  anyone that thinks it is that simple is really fucking stupid.
