moejp is japs only now?

I've been trolling /moejp/ on and off for about a year now, but I just went back after quite some time of absense and tried to upload some loli and got this message:
jp以外のipアドレスです(not jp)

This shit sux :(

I've just realised something. What the fuck is the point in displaying a message telling you that you're not Japanese... IN JAPANESE? "Hey you can't read this stupid gaijin lolz"
