Is there some grand secret to "getting" this album? Everyone who cares about music, from Paul McCartney to RYM, seems to think it's the best music has to offer, but no amount of listening on my behalf has ever yielded such an appreciation for me. And it's not like I haven't given it a chance: according to my last.fm, I've listened to it 73 times. I feel like the guy from that Chemistry commercial who stares at a porn magazine, only to toss it in the air with a "Nope, still gay".
