What does that mean?

I'm afraid I can't help you, I'm far too much of a fag.  If anyone on here isn't a huge fag, maybe they can help you.  If no one helps you, I would presume, if I were you, that everyone who didn't help you but could have was too busy thinking of potential cocks they would like to suck.

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and presume you actually mean thru-neck as opposed to bolt on neck basses.

If it IS, thru-neck (bound body?) means the bass is made a whole...thing. Like out of one piece of wood.

A bolt on neck, the other option, is basically what it says. A neck bolted onto the bass rather than created as one.
