Take the Dave Brubeck Quartet. There's no guitar at all, but you gotta listen to it.
Check out Coltrane's collaboration with Kenny Burrell, or Wes Montgomery's album Full House, which has Johnny Griffin on sax. Also worth checking out are some of Jimmy Smith's recordings like The Sermon.
