Cubase or FLS?

Which do you all like more? I've been using FL, but have also been thinking about switching to Cubase (for fun).

Oh you. I just want to give you a big hug and tell you that someone (not me) loves you.

I've been using Sonar, haven't ventured out to try anything else yet; someone recommended Sonar and I stuck with that.

Anyone familiar with Sonar here that would recommend something else?

CUBASE FTW

imo it depends on what you want to do.

fl is better for making sample/loop-based music and cubase works better for audio recording and midi sequencing.

i personally use ableton live since i think it manages to combine these both things pretty well and has a good workflow :)

Maybe I'll check Ableton out, since I'd be doing audio recording and making small loop-based clips. Thanks.
