I never seed my torrents. I have set up my client so that upload stops right when the torrent hit 100%. I don't care if I was the last with the full file around and 7 suckers are stuck forever at 98.1%. My ISP doesn't limit my rates, and my IP is dynamic so banning me won't help.

just because you have DHCP configured doesn't make your actual IP dynamic newbert, it just means you have a router. Oh snap!
