Is Slayer emo?

My friend at school says Slayer was emo!? Is that true, does that mean God listens to emo? Does he cut himself?!

Gothic music doesn't purely deal with death. It deals with textures and ideas, death is one of the smallest ones.
Slayer sucks anyways, why is this still here.
