does any1 know anything about bass distortion? and is it an ok idea to just use a normal guitar pedal with a bass amp and guitar? or will that hurt somehting? should i get a bass pedal? i need feedback damnit. bleargh

bass pedal will sound better but a guitar petal will still have some minor effects
