Emo?

So yeah emo.. a swear word in some circles, but what does it really mean? I see emo kids all over the place and want to beat the shit out of them, but what exactly is this emo shit other than cutting and crying and writing in a blog?

Emo => depends on your definition. You can see it as some kid who's depressed and cuts or you can see it as someone who simply enjoys feeling the spectrum of emotions, both good and bad. I don't consider myself emo, more of a romantic, but emo kids have a bad rap without real justification. Try to get to know one maybe?
