I'd say mine goes on 2 close-calls and one definite.
Close call 1: Taproot (Talentless hacks)
Close call 2: Creed (Do I even need to explain?)
DEFINITE WORST: My chemical romance. These goth-posers even tried to fucking cover David Bowie and Queens "Under Pressure". I wish I had gone to high school with these kids so I could've beat the shit out of them.

Heaps of people don't like Coldplay but it's alright, don't really like most of their newer stuff though especially princess of china or watever it's called, but viva la vida was a good song and it's an ok band

Bieber looks talented compared to these overproduced hard rock bands
Queen used to be so much better before Bob Marley replaced Justin Timberlake on drums. Now Queen just plain sucks, even worse than Metallica and the Beatles combined times a million.
Okay all of modern rock sucks. Except for maybe Red Hot Chili Peppers and a few other bands like Coldplay that didn't really have a genre. The problem with rock nowadays is that all the famous bands are trying to fit in with punk, metal, grunge, or emo. And all of these styles are fading from the mainstream fast. And then you have Indie bands that are actually cool and sound good and unique, but then they act like they're too cool for mainstream success....The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and Led Zepelin all had to appeal to the public before they could start making music. What the hell makes all these stuck-up hipster Indie bands better than the classic bands? If you're good you should at least try and get famous so the mainstream will have something worth listening to.
Well the problem with rock music today is that is has become to cliche and limited by genre. All if the punk, grunge, alternative, emo, hard rock/heavy metal is what ruined rock n' roll for the mainstream. Bands nowadays aim their music at one or more of these subcultures. And than there is Indie rock after going to the trouble of avoiding the bullshit that plagues most modern rock bands, they then adapt a poisonous hipster attitude regarding the mainstream. They act like fame is an undesirable event for any musician. The truth though is that everyone from Mozart and Bach to The Beatles and The Stones have had to appeal to the mainstream so that they're music could become famous. What in the hell makes these stuck-up hipster indie rockers think that they do not have to try and achieve fame? I don't care if they don't care. They make good music, they should bring it to the mainstream. We are dying for prominent, charting rock band.

We are dying for prominent, charting rock band.
Charting on billboard is now more about your marketing team then your musical abilities.
INdie rock bands are just as commercial as mainstream rock bands nowendays. Having a I want to be famous attitude is just plain unrealistic, because in our current media environment there is simultaneously too much content, and too many filters on content for new bands to break through into the mainstream and become the next Nickleback (in terms of radio play). And even if they do get big, there's not as much money in the music industry as there was when the beatles were around, which is the reason there are no new bands that are as good and as popular. As long as you rely on celebrity culture to provide your music you're basically fucked anyways, to be a "mainstream musician" like Lady Gaga it's 99.9% image and marketing, not music.

What the fuck. Worst band is almost impossible to say. Respectively all music is to there own listeners but some fucking music is idiotic and poor to say the least in grammar, ability of anything etc. Worse genre would help beat it down to an answerable question. I'd have to say modern pop is garbage. That or harsh 'gangster' rap that ignorant black fags call it, which it isn't even.
Come the fuck at me, I am god.
