Scammed me for $50. have fun with his details

Found a guy on csgolounge selling some nice skins. I offered him a skin of mine, as well as $50 via paypal.
Added me on skype and everything, seemed legit. as soon as the cash went through, he blocked me on everything.
Called paypal, there's not much they can do.
