lerning nigger first time?

I remember learning the nigger word back when i lived in 315 area, police every other word said Nigger, police in 315 area nigger this nigger that, i thought only black people where niggers. i must have been 13 years old. and i learned how to say nigger with proficiency. they got regional dialects of nigger. diffrent meanings too.

in school in 585 area, black kids said it means ignorant or black, and the white kids said it means colors.
