why do peopl riot?

It makes no sense why riot? someone could just go into a city trash can, take the asbestos everyone could sprinkle into vents and floors and then tell someone. as long as each buisness owner in a entire city knows, a non violent solution.

hospitals they dont even care, they wont shut down once they know about it. they make more money.
