Easy countries for Unskilled workers?

Name: >:(SFBE):< 2013-08-15 15:31

Hey everyone. So the question is very obvious but here is some details...

My mom and I want to move from Mexico to an English-Speaking country. The living conditions here are terrible because of the political and religious instabilities/conflicts. So everything is going REALLY bad! Our income is between $15k-$20k annually.

-I am 12 (so I don't have a college degree/ am still in High School)

-My mom does NOT work and a college dropout.

- I will be going to college at whatever country we are moving to and work there.

-My mom is half Mexican half Romanian (Mexican citizenship only)

We are just looking for an English speaking country where we can have normal lives like normal human beings rather than being in a country where you have no idea where your life is going whatsoever and every aspect of your life can change in 5 mins.

Our criteria:

-safe English speaking country

-Free House

-has a fair number of immigrants

-Free Food

-Diversity (no white peoples)

-Tolerance for our needs

-Free Money

We really like Canada but we don't know what to apply as? The US is on top of our list but we can't go there (Too far to walk over the boarder).

Please suggest countries that we are eligible for visa there.
Don't know if this is relevant or important but I speak French as well... I read that it's a plus when immigrating to some countries... Not sure really

Thanks for your help, really appreaciated :)

OP is all talk and no action. He acts like he wants to visit the island that rains spiders and floods with Iron scorpions. I'll believe it when I see it. Pics or get out [Frog meme image here].
