Nightmares

I got a fever and can't sleep because of a recurrent nightmare I'm having with things I've seen recently: angels (from Evangelion) are comming, but I can't build a safe bunker to me (in Minecraft) because (from Hitchcock's "Dial M for Murder") the key to the door won't fit.

Any idea on how to calm my mind? I already got medicines...

My best shot was to lower the fever. The medicines wasn't working, so I used cold water soaked towel around my head. It took time, but worked.
So I finally got to sleep without any more nightmares.
