How much would it cost, threw a gang or directly, to get hospital workers to just drill pointless holes in a particular individuals head? like a psychiatrist or a boces teacher. Just maybe someday they go in get signaled and while under, they drill a harmless hole in there skull? how much would it cost?
Even cops when there put under, some may even want the hole drilled in there head that they never would find out about.

Just a small hole they cant even feel. It doesent damage or anything no harm.
Any unsuspecting individual could have a hole drilled into the skull, and not even find about it. What couldn't be funner about getting holes drilled into someone skull. They could wake up and not even notice a small piece like a sliver of there foreskin missing.
