Is it murder if i find a legal way to do it?

It doesn't sound like law, it sounds like a philosophical or concept. I have no problem with finding or somehow stimulating into effect a way to do something like that. a slight change, its a social world.

How is this a threat?

Murder is murder. The law doesn't need to take hold.
If you kill, you kill by association, by action or by contribution. Murderers are everywhere in our society, sick mofos pretending they good people.
